We are in search of a Senior Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst to become a part of our team.
You will act as a functional expert in CPQ, working closely with various stakeholders including project managers, executives, sales, pricing, order, and billing teams. You will also be responsible for the strategic management of the Salesforce system, encompassing system configuration, maintenance, security, and data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Act as a functional expert in CPQ, working collaboratively with various stakeholders such as project managers, executives, sales, pricing, order, and billing teams
- Strategically manage the Salesforce system, including aspects of system configuration, maintenance, security, and data integrity
- Spearhead major platform-wide projects centered on CPQ and Billing systems, providing guidance and leadership to a team of professionals
- Monitor and mentor junior members of the team
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst/Administrator, with strong proficiency in Salesforce Lightning
- At least 2 years of experience with Salesforce CPQ
- Hands-on skills in design, architecture, and configuration within Salesforce environments
- Familiarity with tools like DocuSign and an understanding of revenue recognition within Salesforce
- Proficiency with Salesforce Apex
- Proficiency in automated deployment tools
- B2+ English level
