We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Business Analyst to contribute to a critical project involving Salesforce integration and data migration related to business acquisition.
This role is vital in assessing current processes, designing solutions, and ensuring seamless collaboration between stakeholders and team members to achieve project success.
Responsibilities
- Conduct business analysis to evaluate and document the current state of sales processes
- Design Salesforce solutions aimed at optimizing and enhancing sales workflows
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather, clarify, and document requirements
- Ensure project goals are met by aligning business needs with technical solutions
- Support stakeholders with Salesforce adoption to drive user engagement and satisfaction
Requirements
- Background in Business Analysis with experience in process optimization
- Proficiency in Salesforce with hands-on involvement in solution design and integration
- Capability to adopt a proactive and customer-centric approach when engaging with stakeholders
- English language competency at B2+ level, preferably C1 or higher
Nice to have
- Background in efforts estimation and scoping of technical solutions
- Skills in providing technical consulting or advisory services
