We are on the lookout for a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Architect to enhance our remote team. This position is perfect for a visionary thinker who excels at developing and refining Salesforce solutions that catalyze business growth. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our Salesforce strategy, ensuring the deployment of robust and scalable Salesforce solutions across different business units. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader, capable of motivating and leading a team while exploring innovative possibilities within Salesforce technology.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate, direct, mentor, and oversee a team of Salesforce-centric technical and functional delivery consultants
- Manage and fine-tune resource allocation across various programs and projects, while monitoring resource usage and making necessary adjustments
- Supervise portfolio Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure all team members consistently meet or exceed expectations
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to streamline planning and resolve issues effectively
- Craft and execute a delivery strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals and methodologies
- Establish and maintain project management standards, methodologies, and best practices, customized for Salesforce deployments
- Develop strong relationships with key internal leaders, including Business Unit heads, Account Managers, Solution SMEs, Sales, and Delivery Leaders
- Act as a subject matter expert and executive sponsor providing pre-sales solution engineering support
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an architectural role or similar capacity
- Proven capability to lead teams of 40+ employees or manage smaller, high-impact projects
- Involvement in at least 8 projects or experience with launching 2+ products or significant product features to the market, including ongoing post-launch support and customer service
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platforms and their capabilities
- Thorough knowledge of Salesforce’s range of product offerings
- Skilled in delivering projects across multiple Salesforce clouds
- Familiarity with managing large-scale projects ($5M+ budgets) using enterprise delivery methodologies
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
- Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written
