Our Business Partnering Service unit requires a Senior Revenue Analyst. We are searching for professionals endowed with exceptional corporate finance and financial management prowess, meticulous attention to detail, and a motivation to accomplish exemplary results.
You will play a critical role within EPAM's Global Finance department, specifically as a member of the Business Partnering Services (BPS) team. The BPS team manages administrative and financial responsibilities that enhance the relationships between EPAM's leadership and our valued clients. Working alongside over 300 experts, you will be instrumental in broadening the business and propelling our financial success.
Responsibilities
- Accurately calculate revenue based on timesheets, contracts, and internal guidelines
- Ready accounts for monthly/annual closure activities and execute detailed revenue analytics to spot timing and reasons for fluctuations
- Project short-term and long-term revenue forecasts following corporate standards
- Analyze contract financial elements, contribute to drafting and budgeting processes
- Utilize internal systems for accurate data entry and verification
- Produce necessary reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Perform financial assessments on individual accounts
- Enhance processes for revenue recognition, invoicing, and time tracking, and provide advisory services to project teams
- Support audit teams to ensure audits are completed promptly
Requirements
- At least 4 years of background in finance, economics, banking, accounting, or audit
- University degree in economics or a related discipline, evidencing strong financial knowledge
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functionalities like pivot tables, charts, and various calculations
- Competency in MS Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint
- B2+ level of English proficiency in both speaking and writing
