We are seeking a Senior Revenue Analyst to join our remote team.
As a part of EPAM's Global Finance department, you will be working in the Business Partnering Services (BPS) team, collaborating with over 300+ experts, to expand the business and drive financial growth. You will be responsible for calculating revenue accurately, preparing accounts for monthly/annual closure procedures, and conducting detailed revenue analysis to identify periods and causes of volatility. Additionally, you will be assisting in drafting and budgeting while reviewing and analyzing financial points within the world of contracts.
Responsibilities
- Accurate revenue calculation based on timesheets, contracts, and internal policies
- Account preparation for monthly/annual closure procedures and comprehensive revenue analysis to identify volatility periods and causes
- Provision of short and long-term revenue forecasts in line with company regulations
- Review and analysis of financial aspects within contracts, and assistance in drafting and budgeting
- Utilization of internal systems to input and verify data for correctness and completeness
- Generation of reports to meet internal and customer needs
- Execution of financial health checks on individual accounts
- Development of efficient processes for revenue recognition, invoicing, and time reporting, and provision of consultancy services to project teams
- Collaboration with the audit team to support timely audit completion
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in finance, economics, banking, accounting, or audit
- A higher education degree in economics or a related field, indicating a solid understanding of financial principles
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, charts, and proficiency in various mathematical and logical formulas
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint
- B2+ English proficiency, both verbal and written
