Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely recruitment of top tier technical and business talent to satisfy the hiring needs of our rapidly growing businesses in Malaysia
  • Collaborate with an international team of recruiters in the region, fostering global insights and best practices
  • Follow the operational processes for a seamless, customer-centric recruitment experience, and deliver a consistent, scalable recruitment experience
  • Enjoy cooperation with sourcing, marketing, and operations teams in Talent Acquisition across the region
  • Provide an exceptional candidate and referee experience, champion feedback surveys and various HR initiatives
  • Manage matrixed stakeholder relationships and provide frequent project updates to account teams
Requirements
  • Full cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast-growing technology company or recruiting agency with focus on technical roles
  • Experience sourcing for niche technical skill sets and management-track roles
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools and techniques, ability to discover, attract and engage tech talent, while managing multiple search streams
  • Ability to build relations with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
  • Clear communication skills, including strong bilingual capability paired with the ability to communicate with influence through both written and verbal channels
