We are seeking a Senior Python Software Engineer to join our Big Data/AI Retraining Program, designed for experienced professionals eager to transition into Big Data and AI engineering.

Responsibilities
- Gain foundational understanding of Machine Learning Operations (MLOps)
- Explore AI Agents in LangChain and build proficiency in related tools
- Acquire expertise in LangGraph and its applications
- Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques
- Develop insights into LLM memory systems for advanced applications
- Refine evaluation strategies for AI builders using LLMs
- Build and assess advanced Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) functionalities
- Master production-ready RAG systems with LangChain and LlamaIndex
Requirements
- 4+ years of production experience in IT
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Background in tools like Databricks, Spark, and container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- English proficiency at B2+ level or higher
