We are looking for a Senior Python Full Stack Developer with AI expertise to join our innovative engineering team.
This role combines advanced Python development, full-stack engineering, and Artificial Intelligence to build, enhance, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across backend and frontend development, hands-on expertise with modern AI/ML technologies, and the ability to work closely with clients and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python and modern web technologies
- Build and integrate AI-powered features using Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI technologies
- Develop and maintain robust backend services, APIs, and integrations using modern Python frameworks
- Collaborate with frontend developers to deliver responsive, reliable, and user-friendly applications
- Integrate and optimize AI/ML models within production applications
- Work with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions where applicable
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and continuously improve application performance, stability, and scalability
- Develop and maintain automated tests and improve overall test coverage
- Follow secure coding practices and proactively identify and address security vulnerabilities
- Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to clarify requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
- Communicate regularly with the client, provide technical updates, and proactively address questions and concerns
- Contribute to architectural decisions, code reviews, technical documentation, and continuous improvement of development processes
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python with 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Solid experience with Python web frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask
- Strong understanding of full-stack development and experience with modern frontend technologies such as React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, including NLP, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and/or Large Language Models
- Practical experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers, LangChain, or similar technologies
- Experience building and integrating REST APIs, asynchronous services, and third-party integrations
- Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG architectures
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, clean code, and development best practices
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and cloud environments
- Strong understanding of application security, secure coding practices, and vulnerability remediation
- Experience writing automated tests using tools such as PyTest and familiarity with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in an agile, collaborative environment and take ownership of technical tasks
- Excellent communication skills in English, with a minimum proficiency level of B2
