Responsibilities
- Develop and implement dependable backend architectures and services
- Partner with the team to deliver efficient and reliable software products
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to maintain strong coding standards
- Tune performance and resolve technical problems as they surface
- Integrate external APIs and services aligned to project needs
- Maintain and update technical documentation for both new and existing features
- Advocate for best practices across the development process
- Help improve team workflows and strengthen technical expertise over time
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in software development
- Advanced proficiency in Python for developing and supporting applications
- Practical experience with ReactJS for UI development and backend integration
- Practical knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud deployment and application management
- Strong foundation in database architecture, administration, and optimization
- Proficiency with Git for versioning and collaborative development
- Experience with Python web frameworks such as Django or Flask
- Understanding of Python web server setup and deployment
- Knowledge of security principles and applying them in software projects
- Hands-on experience implementing user authentication and authorization
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at B2+ level or higher
