We are seeking a Senior Python Developer to build and enhance backend solutions while collaborating with a distributed team to deliver reliable outcomes for clients. In this role, you will help shape technical decisions, ensure quality delivery, and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 5+ years of Python development experience
- Senior-level leadership skills to guide technical decisions
- Proven project delivery experience in cross-functional teams
- Strong backend engineering skills with focus on reliability and performance
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
- English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
