Responsibilities
- Engineer and maintain scalable backend architectures and services
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality software products
- Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to uphold coding standards
- Diagnose performance bottlenecks and address technical challenges
- Implement and oversee integrations with third-party APIs and services
- Draft and maintain detailed technical documentation for features and changes
- Adhere to and promote best practices across the full software development process
- Help improve team workflows and grow shared technical expertise
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant software engineering experience
- Strong Python expertise for building and maintaining applications
- Practical experience integrating AI or Large Language Models (LLM) into projects
- Solid foundation in database architecture, management, and optimization
- Proficiency in Git for source control and team-based development
- Hands-on use of Python web frameworks, including Django or Flask
- Understanding of deploying and configuring Python web servers
- Knowledge of security principles and their application in software development
- Experience implementing user authentication and authorization mechanisms
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies
- Excellent English communication skills (B2+ Upper-Intermediate) written and spoken
