Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, maintainable software solutions that meet both business and technical objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver well-integrated, high-quality products
- Participate in technical discussions that help shape the architecture and direction of ongoing projects
- Review code produced by team members and provide constructive feedback to maintain quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues throughout the software development lifecycle
- Guide and support less experienced colleagues, helping them strengthen their technical skills
- Take part in planning sessions, contributing estimates and insights on project scope and timelines
- Keep up with evolving industry trends and bring valuable new approaches into the team's practices
- Document technical decisions and processes to support long-term maintainability of the codebase
- Work closely with stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure deliverables align with expectations
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong proficiency in Python for building robust backend applications and services
- Experience working with React for developing interactive and responsive front-end interfaces
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and tools, applied to enhance development practices and solution design
- Solid understanding of databases for storing, managing, and retrieving application data effectively
- Proficiency with Git for version control and collaborative code management
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to guide and motivate team members
- Familiarity with software development methodologies to support efficient and structured project execution
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2 level or higher
