We are on the lookout for a proficient Senior Python Developer to be part of our remote team.

In the role of a Python Developer, your key duties will include the design and development of high-performance applications, working with an array of databases and AWS services. We are keen on finding an individual who possesses a strong passion for coding coupled with an in-depth understanding of algorithms and data structures.

Responsibilities
  • High-performance applications development and maintenance using Python and related technologies
  • Cross-functional team collaboration for new features design, development, and launch
  • Work involving AWS services and databases
  • Ensuring code quality and maintainability via testing and code reviews
  • Active participation in agile development processes and continuous improvement contribution
  • Effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years professional software development experience
  • Proficient experience with Python and SQL
  • Familiarity with AWS Lambda, AWS Simple Queue Service, Amazon Elastic Container Service, and Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service
  • Experience with PostgreSQL or similar databases
  • In-depth understanding of algorithms and data structures
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent team work and communication skills
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English
Nice to have
  • Experience in working on open-source projects
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices like CI/CD pipelines and Docker
