We are looking for a Senior Python Developer (AI/ML) to build reliable backend systems and AI-driven features within a collaborative engineering group. You will partner across disciplines, influence architecture, and apply machine learning concepts to improve solutions and design decisions—apply now.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver robust, scalable software systems that meet enterprise objectives and technical standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to ship cohesive, high-quality software releases
- Contribute to technical discussions that define software architecture and direction for active initiatives
- Review code submitted by peers and provide actionable feedback to uphold quality standards
- Diagnose and fix complex defects throughout the software development lifecycle
- Mentor and support junior colleagues to accelerate their technical growth
- Contribute to estimation and planning sessions by providing effort forecasts, scope insights, and schedule input
- Track emerging technology trends and introduce beneficial practices into team workflows
- Document architecture decisions and procedures to ensure long-term maintainability
- Partner with project sponsors to clarify functional requirements and confirm deliverables meet expectations
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Expert-level Python skills for building resilient backend services and web APIs
- Hands-on experience with React to create responsive, engaging user interfaces
- Practical knowledge of machine learning concepts and real-world use cases to improve implementation efficiency and architecture
- Solid understanding of data repositories for secure data organization, management, and retrieval
- Proficiency with Git for version control and coordinated team development
- Demonstrated leadership ability, with the capacity to guide and motivate project contributors
- Good knowledge of structured software development lifecycles to support predictable and efficient delivery
- Fluent English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher, written and spoken
