We are growing an innovation-driven team and are looking for a Senior Python Developer to build high-quality software with practical AI experience. You will work closely with teammates who value technical rigor and smart problem-solving, contributing to architecture, delivery planning, and reliable releases.
Responsibilities
- Build sturdy, scalable technical foundations aligned with business requirements and engineering benchmarks
- Partner with specialists across disciplines to produce cohesive, high-quality deliverables
- Join architecture-focused conversations to help define project frameworks and direction
- Evaluate peer code and share actionable guidance that upholds best practices
- Diagnose and fix difficult technical problems that arise during development
- Coach junior developers through mentoring that improves their core skills
- Contribute to planning discussions by refining scope and aligning on achievable timelines
- Follow industry developments and introduce valuable new techniques into the team’s workflow
- Document technical decisions and procedures in an organized way for long-term maintenance
- Communicate with stakeholders to confirm expectations and ensure delivery meets commitments
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant, practical professional experience
- Strong Python skills for developing reliable backend infrastructure and services
- Hands-on experience with React to deliver responsive, engaging UI features
- Working knowledge of AI concepts and tools applied to improve solutions and development workflows
- Good understanding of database technologies to manage and access application data effectively
- Proficiency with Git to support version control and smooth collaboration
- Proven ability to guide teams and encourage colleagues toward shared goals
- Familiarity with established software development methodologies that keep delivery organized and efficient
- English communication skills at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
