We are seeking a proficient Senior Python Developer to join our team and drive the development of cutting-edge AI solutions.
The ideal candidate will excel in Python programming and have expertise in technologies like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Langchain, and Langgraph. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the AI Migration Pilot solution and deliver impactful AI-driven innovations for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Build AI-driven solutions and contribute to the development of the AI Migration Pilot platform
- Partner with the Solution Architect, Development Lead, and team members to deliver technical solutions aligned with business needs
- Integrate AI models with existing systems and optimize their functionality
- Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain quality and adherence to best practices
- Resolve technical challenges and enhance platform stability and performance
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI trends to implement innovative strategies and tools
- Analyze legacy code and perform modernization tasks using AI/Run Codemie platform capabilities (Langgraph underpinned)
- Provide mentoring and guidance to junior developers to promote skill development
Requirements
- Residence in Ukraine (remote work eligible only for candidates based in Ukraine)
- 3+ years of experience in Python software development with a strong portfolio
- Expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Langchain, and Langgraph technologies
- Strong analytical abilities with problem-solving aptitude
- Advanced communication and collaboration skills
- Motivation for growth in AI and commitment to applying it innovatively in development
- Competency in coding techniques and prompt engineering applications
- Capability to interpret and modernize legacy codebases
- Familiarity with Java, C++, and C# languages

- Showcase of agentic platform development experience
- Flexibility to apply agile methodologies in project execution
- Knowledge of LLM-based technologies for code analysis and optimization
