We are looking for an experienced Senior Python Core Developer to join our team.

In this role, you will work on building and optimizing scalable backend systems, ensuring high performance and reliability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions that meet business needs while adhering to best practices in software development.

Responsibilities
  • Build, maintain, and optimize core backend systems to ensure scalability and reliability
  • Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless communication between systems
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code for backend development
  • Develop and implement RESTful APIs using frameworks like FastAPI
  • Work on database design, optimization, and integration for SQL-based systems
  • Leverage Docker and Kubernetes to containerize applications and manage deployments
  • Utilize AWS services to build, deploy, and scale cloud-based applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing innovative solutions to complex problems
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the team’s technical growth
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Software Developer
  • Proficiency in frontend technologies, including React or Svelte with TypeScript
  • Advanced skills in Python, with a focus on backend development and optimization
  • Hands-on experience with FastAPI for creating and managing APIs
  • Familiarity with additional programming languages such as Golang, C#, or Java
  • Strong experience working with SQL databases, including design and optimization
  • Proficiency with Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for orchestration
  • Solid understanding of AWS services, including deployment and scaling applications in the cloud
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and provide effective solutions
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and spoken communication skills at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
  • Experience with automated testing in JavaScript to ensure high-quality frontend and backend integration
  • Familiarity with Backstage for building developer portals and managing microservices
  • Knowledge of GitHub Actions for automating workflows and CI/CD pipelines
