We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate project initiatives, ensuring the successful achievement of objectives while managing stakeholder relationships and facilitating change processes for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage the project team to define the scope and the means to achieve project objectives
- Oversee project objectives, costs, and human resources throughout the project lifecycle
- Contribute to the analysis and design of solutions by leveraging expertise in finance and banking
- Support the team and remove roadblocks that may hinder progress
- Communicate progress and keep stakeholders informed of any developments or delays
- Propose and manage change initiatives across the organization
- Develop solutions to address project challenges and risks
- Manage a program consisting of multiple interconnected projects
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management
- Background in Systems Engineering or a related field
- Qualifications in Project Management, including PMP certification and Agile methodologies
- Skills in managing project health indicators
- Familiarity with collaborative task-tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Trello
- Familiarity with Planner
- Proficiency in team management, conflict resolution, and leadership
- Competency in motivation and communication skills
- Expertise in PMP-based project management
