We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support a leading financial institution in its Digital Transformation journey toward becoming a digital-first organization. This role entails managing delivery streams and driving pre-sales efforts. Join us to play a pivotal role in a high-impact digital transformation project within the banking domain.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer expectations and relationships
- Propose innovative solutions to business problems and processes that leverage technology to provide marketing differentiation, efficiency improvements, and better user experiences
- Participate in overall project management, including time estimation and resource scheduling, to optimize team effectiveness
- Deliver customer projects successfully, ensuring they align with EPAM processes and methodologies
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to ensure steady project progress
- Deliver regular project status reports to internal leadership and customer stakeholders
- Engage in extensive communication with customer stakeholders to align team-level requirements
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in Project or Delivery management roles
- Proven track record of managing delivery of organizations with 30+ FTEs
- Technical background with hands-on experience in software development or technical project management
- Strong understanding of Agile and Hybrid SDLC
- Banking domain knowledge
- Exceptional organization, leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English, with a minimum B2+/C1 level for effective communication
