We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with expertise in Financial Services to lead important projects across the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess adequate knowledge, skills, and experience to handle both process management issues and content. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for synthesizing and maintaining the master plan for all important projects, including planning, budget, and project status. You will support the coordination and enable the drafting of presentations and reports addressed mostly to Upper Management and internal Stakeholders following the Bank’s methodology and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead important/strategic projects across the organization and between different units of the Bank
- Support the process of synthesizing and maintaining the master plan for all important projects, including planning, budget, and project status
- Coordinate and enable the drafting of presentations and reports addressed mostly to Upper Management and internal Stakeholders following the Bank’s methodology and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Informatics or Engineering (preferable) or in another quantitative field of study
- At least 10+ years of professional experience in both process and content management within the Financial Services industry
- At least 7+ years of professional experience in managing senior stakeholder issues
- Experience in monitoring and managing the delivery of large-scale, complex Digital programs combining processes with technology
- Excellent storytelling capabilities and presentation skills to effectively communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders
- Proficient in using the MS Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint & MS Project
- Proficient in Agile methodology & DevOps
- Fluency in written and spoken English
Nice to have
- Previous working experience in Financial Services/ Banking
- Experience in communication with upper management people like general managers
- Knowledge of Greek language
