Senior Project Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing complex projects, collaborating effectively with various stakeholders, and ensuring successful project execution within specified timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities
  • Manage complex projects involving various external and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion
  • Collaborate with the Program Lead on execution of existing projects and introducing new initiatives to the program
  • Create, maintain and update project schedules effectively, as well as project documentation and reporting
  • Collect feedback and program data, analyze it, prepare and present insights and results to the Program Lead
Requirements
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience with excellent coordination and ability to oversee multiple work streams
  • Proficiency in interacting and communicating with both internal and external stakeholders including program managers and community members
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheets, ability to use various functions to effectively process and manage information and data
  • English Level Writing/Speaking C1
Nice to have
  • Experience as a member or leader of a community (developers' community, student organization, non-governmental organization, charity organizations)
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a changing environment
  • Experience working in an environment that solely used Google Workspace products (Google Spreadsheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, Gmail)
  • Knowledge of HTML and Google Apps Script would be beneficial
