As a Senior Product Manager / Product Manager, you will define product vision and roadmap priorities, align stakeholders, and drive training and UAT to ensure high-quality releases. Apply now.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate requirements gathering, perform analysis, and produce clear documentation with business and development stakeholders
- Deliver structured training sessions that help business users adopt the platform and follow best practices
- Enable communication across departments to confirm shared understanding of objectives and platform capabilities
- Maintain alignment of product features to evolving business needs and regulatory requirements during design and development
- Run user acceptance testing activities to verify solutions meet defined requirements and quality standards
- Work with support and operations teams to ensure smooth maintenance and reliable ongoing platform performance
- Guide stakeholder expectations throughout delivery, ensuring transparency and timely issue resolution
- Update and enhance training materials and enablement strategies based on user feedback and platform changes
- Coordinate with a team of 3-5 colleagues and manage third-party vendor involvement as required to achieve outcomes
Requirements
- Professional IT experience of 10-18 years
- Ability to align technical and business perspectives so platform capabilities match user requirements
- Strong stakeholder management capability across business functions and technical delivery teams
- Experience developing and delivering training and enablement programs for varied user groups and skill levels
- Strength in turning complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications for development teams
- Background leading cross-functional collaboration and facilitating effective communication among departments
- Knowledge of Product Management, Product Life Cycle, Product Roadmap, Product Vision, Requirement Analysis, Training and Enablement
