Senior Product Designer (Strategy Focused)

We are seeking a Lead Product Designer to guide our product design team.

The successful candidate will excel at transforming complex challenges into smooth and intuitive user experiences across multiple platforms. As a Lead Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design strategy and vision, ensuring a seamless blend of user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the product design lead to finalize strategies and define product design vision
  • Design user interactions, wireframes, and prototypes to illustrate feasible user flows and intuitive experiences
  • Create visually appealing and functional user interface designs with minimal oversight
  • Present design concepts, strategies, and rationales to stakeholders ensuring clear communication
  • Partner with the research team to undertake comprehensive user research applying various methodologies like interviews, surveys, and usability tests
  • Engage in brainstorms, workshops, and presentations to gather requirements and conceptualize solutions
Requirements
  • Proficiency in UI/UX design processes and strategy formulation
  • Solid background in creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and designing user interfaces
  • Understanding of research preparation and how to implement its findings into design solutions
  • Competency in using design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, and Figma
  • Capability to work collaboratively with different teams including research, product, and engineering
