We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team and take an active role in leading the design of innovative B2C digital products, including responsive web platforms and mobile applications.

You will collaborate closely across functions to create impactful product experiences that drive measurable outcomes and elevate user engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design efforts for consumer-facing products, ensuring a seamless experience across responsive web and mobile applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user-focused design strategies and solutions
  • Guide design decisions through effective communication and presentation of ideas to stakeholders
  • Apply expertise in Figma and prototyping tools to craft high-quality designs and prototypes
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles, integrating UX effectively into product strategies
  • Balance aesthetic judgments with business goals to deliver outcome-driven designs
  • Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and enhancing team capabilities
  • Maintain alignment between design, product vision, and technical feasibility
  • Conduct research and leverage insights to inform design processes
  • Ensure consistent implementation of design systems across multiple platforms
  • Drive innovation while adhering to usability, accessibility, and performance standards
Requirements
  • Over 6 years of experience in Digital Product Design
  • Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, especially in B2C and consumer-focused environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate design strategies and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects
  • Capability to lead design decisions and align with product and business objectives
  • Competency in integrating UX principles to create seamless user experiences
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with Atlassian Confluence and Jira for documentation and workflow management
  • Understanding of Miro for collaboration and brainstorming sessions
  • Flexibility to use Principle for advanced prototyping
