We are seeking an experienced remote Senior PHP Developer to join our team and work on a cutting-edge project.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications and services that meet the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications and services using PHP and other web technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features and functionality
- Build cloud-based applications using .NET and Microsoft Azure
- Optimize application performance and scalability through profiling and tuning
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in production and development environments
- Maintain code quality through code reviews and testing
- Document code and processes for future reference
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in PHP development
- Expertise in MySQL and SugarCRM
- Proficiency in .NET and Microsoft Azure
- Experience with profiling and debugging tools such as xDebug
- Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate level)
Nice to have
- Experience with Laravel or other PHP frameworks
- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as Angular or React
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
