We are looking for a Senior Performance/Load Tester to join our remote team and lead the performance testing process of our project.
In this role, you will be responsible for building both reactive and proactive performance measuring dashboards in Datadog, while aligning with technical and business stakeholders on performance NFRs. Utilizing your expertise in Apache JMeter and other performance testing tools, you will perform performance benchmarks, load testing, and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Build reactive and proactive performance measuring dashboards in Datadog
- Align with technical and business stakeholders on performance NFRs
- Perform performance benchmarks, load testing, and performance analysis
- Drive the performance testing process on the project
- Explain performance issues to the development team to aid in their investigations and improve performance in functional parts
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in performance testing, analysis, and optimization
- Experience in building reactive and proactive performance measuring dashboards in Datadog
- Expertise in Apache JMeter for performance testing
- Experience in load testing and performance analysis
- Proven ability to drive performance testing process of a project
- Strong communication skills to explain performance issues to the development team and other stakeholders
- Upper-intermediate level of English, both written and verbal
