We are looking for a Senior Performance Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Gather non-functional requirements for performance testing
- Create a strategy for performance testing based on business needs
- Develop, debug and maintain load scripts
- Analyze obtained results
- Prepare reports and provide recommendations for improvements
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the performance analysis & optimization area
- Practical experience with different load tools (Apache JMeter, Gatling, etc.)
- Programming experience at a level required for implementing load scripts (Java, Scala, Groovy)
- Programming experience in other areas (Python, Bash) to be able to implement auxiliary tasks (preparing test data, parsing logs, etc.)
- Experience with relational DBs (Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.), practical experience with SQL
- Experience with analysis of DB performance
- Experience with Linux-based platforms
- Experience with virtualization tools (VirtualBox, Docker, etc.)
- Experience with gathering various metrics with time-series DBs (e.g., InfluxDB)
- Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Grafana)
- Experience with sniffing tools (Wireshark, Charles, Fiddler)
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
