We are looking for a remote Senior OpenEdge Specialist to join our Managed Services team. This team is responsible for supporting and developing the ERP systems. The software runs on the OpenEdge ABL (OpenEdge Advanced Business Language) technology stack and will be integrated with other systems. Your role will be primarily focused on maintaining and improving OpenEdge based solutions and developing new integrations with other systems. This position is a great opportunity to be part of a leading technology team working on a significant transition project.
Responsibilities
- Investigate production issues
- Analyze and investigate application data
- Work with configurations
- Support and maintain existing applications
- Implement integrations with new systems
- Implement CHUI and/or GUI
- Communicate with key stakeholders
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Progress OpenEdge (v11+), ABL/4GL
- Expertise in CHUI application development and GUI experience + progress OOP
- Experience with ERP solutions integration, including SAP ERP and SAP Supply Chain Management
- Ability to understand requirement documents, analyze, and implement solutions
- Ability to maintain quality and delivery timelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Upper-Intermediate level of English

- Experience in application support
- Proficiency with SAP ERP, SAP Supply Chain Management, SAP Integration Suite
