We are looking for an experienced Senior Node.js Developer to join our team and drive the development of modern web solutions based on a microservices architecture.
You will have the opportunity to work on an advanced in-house platform and participate in integrations with external systems. We value proactive individuals who are eager to share knowledge, take ownership of their work, and actively contribute to designing and implementing new features.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in our office in Warsaw or Gdańsk. Work schedule: 5 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain a modern web platform using Node.js and Nest.js
- Implement new features within a microservices architecture
- Integrate with external APIs and systems (REST, GraphQL, WebSockets)
- Optimize application and database performance (SQL/NoSQL)
- Participate in system architecture design and technology selection
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and DevOps in an Agile environment
- Ensure high code quality through TDD and code reviews
- Troubleshoot technical issues and support error analysis
- Implement CI/CD solutions and automate development processes
- Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of delivered solutions
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of commercial experience with Node.js and Nest.js
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL)
- Practical experience with REST, GraphQL, or WebSockets
- Understanding of microservices architecture
- Experience with GIT version control system
- At least intermediate level of English
