We seek a skilled Senior .NET Developer to join our remote workforce.
As a Senior .NET Developer, your role entails the design, creation, and upkeep of high-caliber software programs that meet the needs of customers. The project you will be part of involves building scalable, microservices-oriented architecture using .NET, with the deployment execution taking place on cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure. Essential knowledge areas for this project include REST and SOAP APIs, Entity Framework, C#, and the Microservice Architecture Pattern. You will participate in a team of adept developers committed to the construction of versatile and resilient software solutions.
Responsibilities
- High-quality software applications are designed and developed to meet customer requirements
- The role calls for teaming up with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and project managers, to deliver top-notch software solutions
- Fully engaging in all software development lifecycle stages, from requirements gathering to design, development, testing, and deployment
- Implementation of best practices and standards to ensure software quality
- Active involvement in code reviews, providing peers with constructive feedback
- Contribution to continuous improvement of software development procedures and methodologies
- Paradigm junior developers into seasoned professionals
Requirements
- No less than 3 years of experience in .NET development, with a highlight on web application development
- Deep-seated experience in creating and launching REST and SOAP APIs, in addition to the Entity Framework
- Sound knowledge of cloud platforms, for instance, Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure
- Masterful at using C# and LINQ
- Proven background in the Microservice Architecture Pattern
- High level of proficiency in Docker and containerization
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to effectively function in a remote team setup
- English proficiency of the Upper-Intermediate level
Nice to have
- Exposure to DevOps practices, particularly continuous integration and deployment
- An understanding of unit testing as well as automated testing frameworks
