We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join our remote team, responsible for building and maintaining software applications using .NET and other related technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design innovative solutions using Microservice Architecture Pattern. You will perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback, identify and fix software defects and issues, and ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. You will participate in software development lifecycle activities, collaborate with other software engineers and cross-functional teams, and promote technologies, solutions, and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software applications using .NET and other related technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design innovative solutions using Microservice Architecture Pattern
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members
- Identify and fix software defects and issues
- Ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards
- Participate in software development lifecycle activities like design, coding, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with other software engineers and cross-functional teams to build high-quality software solutions
- Promote technologies, solutions, and best practices to the community of professionals
- Contribute new ideas to build innovative software applications
Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience in developing software applications using .NET, C#, or .NET Core
- Experience in Microservice Architecture Pattern
- Familiarity with SQL Databases like MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server
- Experience in using Microsoft Azure for application development and deployment
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative software solutions
- Ability to identify and fix software defects and issues
- Excellent communication skills and experience in providing constructive feedback for code reviews
- Proficient in English language, with at least an Upper-Intermediate level competency for hassle-free communication with the team and stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience in NoSQL Databases like MongoDB or Cassandra
- Familiarity with LINQ (Language Integrated Query) for querying data from different data sources
