We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer to complement our remote team.
As part of our team, your role will be to engineer, develop, and preserve high-functioning software applications that satisfy our client's demands. Our project entails developing a scalable microservices architecture using .NET and deploying it onto cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure. Competence in REST and SOAP APIs, Entity Framework, C#, and the Microservice Architecture Pattern is fundamental. You will be collaborating with our team of expert developers who are dedicated to creating robust and scalable software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Creation and development of high-spec software applications in line with customer requirements
- Cooperation with cross-functional teams including programmers, architects, and project managers to deliver superior software solutions
- Involvement in all software development lifecycle stages, including requirement aggregation, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Implementation of best practices and standards to ensure the quality of software
- Participation in code reviews while providing constructive feedback to colleagues
- Enhancement of software development processes and methodologies
- Guiding and nurturing junior developers for their career advancement
Requirements
- A minimum of 3-year experience in .NET development with a specialty in web application development
- Solid capability in engineering and executing REST and SOAP APIs, and Entity Framework
- Comprehensive understanding of cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure
- Proficiency in C# and LINQ
- Demonstrated experience in implementing the Microservice Architecture Pattern
- Proficient in using Docker and containerization
- Experienced in Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, along with the capability to work effectively within a remote team
- An upper-intermediate level of English
Nice to have
- Knowledge of DevOps practices including continuous integration and deployment
- Familiarity with unit testing and automated testing frameworks
