We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our remote team, playing a key role in managing tasks distribution and control, tracking dev metrics, and reporting progress. As a Senior .NET Developer, you will be responsible for 50% of development work, creating small enhancements, and providing support for existing modules. You will interact and communicate with the customer, analyze requirements, provide estimates, and follow established processes. Responsibilities
- Manage tasks distribution and control, ensuring timely completion of development tasks
- Track dev metrics and report progress to the team and the customer
- Contribute to the improvement of established processes
- Create small enhancements and provide support for existing modules
- Interact and communicate with the customer to understand requirements and provide estimates
- Analyze requirements and provide technical solutions
- Follow established processes for development and testing
- Provide support releases for existing modules
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in .NET development, highlighting your proficiency in Visual Basic .NET and C#
- Experience in managing development tasks, distributing work, and tracking metrics
- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to interact and communicate effectively with the customer
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, allowing you to analyze requirements and provide estimates
- Ability to follow established processes and contribute to their improvement
- Fluent spoken and written English at an upper-intermediate level or higher
- Experience in providing support releases
Nice to have
- Familiarity with .NET Framework 2.0-4.0
- Understanding of MS SQL
- Background in ASP pages, XSLX
- Experience with Azure
- Knowledge in Insurance domain
