Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable applications that fulfill business and technical requirements
- Evaluate code contributed by team members to maintain reliable quality across initiatives
- Work with different teams to shape requirements into workable technical outcomes
- Investigate and correct complicated problems throughout every stage of development
- Provide input on architectural planning and future technical roadmaps
- Guide and support junior developers as they strengthen their expertise
- Refine application performance while ensuring stable and consistent system behavior
- Produce well-organized, readable, and comprehensively documented code
- Take part in sprint planning discussions and assist with task estimation
- Remain current with new technologies and evolving practices within the field
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in software development
- Advanced knowledge of C# for constructing reliable applications
- Direct, practical experience working within the .NET framework
- Experience developing unit tests to enhance code reliability and long-term maintainability
- Strong familiarity with software architecture principles and common design patterns
- Awareness of SDLC methodologies and their real-world implementation
- Proficient in SQL for organizing and retrieving data from databases
- Practical experience with Entity Framework, Dapper, or ADO.NET for managing data access
- Working knowledge of ReactJS for front-end development and linking it with backend components
- Hands-on background with ASP.NET for creating web-based applications
- Experience utilizing Amazon Web Services or Azure for cloud-based solutions
- Basic understanding of AI principles and how they can be leveraged in development projects
- Solid English communication skills, written and spoken, at B2 level or above
