Senior .NET Developer

We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join our remote team, working with a leading tech company in the Hi-Tech industry. As a Senior .NET Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Quality Assurance Engineers, to ensure that our software solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop complex software applications using C#, .NET Core, Azure PaaS, Azure SQL, Terraform, and other related technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and design software solutions that meet the needs of our clients
  • Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code, using best practices and design patterns
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers
  • Ensure that software solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
Requirements
  • Solid commercial experience (3+ years) in C#, .NET Web API, MVC, Entity Framework, and other related technologies
  • Experience with continuous integration and automated deployments within TFS/VSTS & Microsoft Azure
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and SQL Server and Transact-SQL
  • In-depth knowledge of Webservices & Web API, and the ability to design and develop N-tier, SOA & Microservice applications
  • Strong experience in Full Life Cycle Development (Agile preferred)
  • Practical application of Design Patterns and Practices
  • Understanding of design documentation, UML, Entity Relationship Diagramming, etc.
  • Familiarity with Azure Integration, C++ Core, Docker, MySQL, and other related technologies
  • Fluent spoken and written English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher
