A Senior .NET Developer position is open in our remote team.

The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance software applications that meet customer requirements. The project is based on constructing a scalable microservices-based architecture with .NET and deploying it on cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure. Proficiency in REST and SOAP APIs, Entity Framework, C#, and the Microservice Architecture Pattern is necessary. The successful candidate will join a seasoned team of developers dedicated to creating robust and scalable software solutions.

Responsibilities
  • High-quality software application design and development to meet customer requirements
  • Cross-functional team collaboration, including developers, architects and project managers, to deliver top-tier software solutions
  • Involvement in all phases of the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to testing and deployment
  • Implementation of best practices and standards to ensure software quality
  • Active participation in code reviews providing constructive colleague feedback
  • Contribution towards the continuous improvement of software development processes and methodologies
  • Mentoring and training junior developers for career development
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of .NET development experience, specialising in web application development
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing REST and SOAP APIs, and Entity Framework
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure
  • Expertise in C# and LINQ
  • Proficiency in implementing Microservice Architecture Pattern
  • Proficiency in Docker and containerisation
  • Agile/Scrum development methodologies experience
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to excel in a remote team environment
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency
Nice to have
  • Experience in DevOps practices, particularly continuous integration and deployment
  • Familiarity with unit testing and automated testing frameworks
