Senior .NET Developer

We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join our remote team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications using .NET, working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring code quality and adherence to coding standards, identifying and fixing software defects and issues, and participating in software development lifecycle activities. As a senior developer, you will mentor junior developers, promote technologies, solutions, and best practices, and contribute ideas to a larger community of professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain software applications using .NET, including C# and .NET Core
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design innovative solutions
  • Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback
  • Identify and fix software defects and issues
  • Ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards
  • Participate in software development lifecycle activities, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Mentor junior developers and promote best practices and technologies
  • Contribute new ideas to a larger community of professionals
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development using .NET technologies, including C#
  • Experience in microservice architecture pattern and SQL databases
  • Experience in Microsoft Azure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English at an Upper-Intermediate level
Nice to have
  • Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra
  • Experience with LINQ
