We are looking for an experienced Senior MuleSoft Developer to become a key contributor within our progressive team.
In this role, you will take charge of developing and maintaining complex integration solutions aimed at streamlining business processes, leveraging the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate will hold a strong background in MuleSoft development, with a specific focus on Private Cloud Edition (PCE), and bring extensive expertise in EDI and API integrations.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead the creation of comprehensive integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and PCE
- Maintain existing APIs, integrations, and workflows built with Mule 4.x, while ensuring system scalability and resilience
- Develop and oversee advanced RAML/OpenAPI specifications for RESTful APIs and execute complex DataWeave transformations
- Enforce performance, security, and reliability standards across all integrations
- Design, manage, and streamline key EDI transactions such as 850, 855, 856, and 846
- Lead efforts in troubleshooting advanced EDI mapping and transformation issues
- Architect RESTful and SOAP APIs that support seamless real-time data exchanges
- Implement and regulate API policies within the Anypoint Platform for enhanced reliability
- Configure and manage AS2 connections while adhering to industry compliance standards
- Oversee and improve integration system performance using MuleSoft Anypoint Monitoring
- Conduct root cause analyses of incidents and ensure comprehensive process documentation
Requirements
- 4+ years of extensive experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including PCE
- Proficiency in building APIs using Mule 4.x, RAML, and DataWeave
- Knowledge of API-led connectivity and microservices architecture
- Background in EDI X12 standards, with skills in EDI mapping, transformation, and partner onboarding
- Capability to set up, configure, and manage AS2 connections
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, and related security protocols like OAuth 2.0, JWT, and API Gateway policies
- Proficiency in MUnit testing and experience with CI/CD pipeline execution
- Familiarity with Anypoint Monitoring, CloudHub, and PCE dashboard troubleshooting
- Skills in error handling, debugging, and optimizing performance
- B2+ level in English communication
Nice to have
- Background in Oracle, Salesforce, or similar ERP/CRM systems
- Familiarity with Splunk or other log monitoring utilities
- Knowledge of Git, Jenkins, and Maven as tools for deployment and version control
