We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior MS Dynamics CRM Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), specializing in system configuration for new configurations and enhancements. This role requires a strategic thinker who can discuss business and technical/architectural topics, build new features, and communicate effectively with customers.
Responsibilities
- Discuss business and technical/architectural topics
- Build new features according to new requirements/enhancements requests
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Customize and configure MS Dynamics CRM to meet client requirements
- Develop plugins, workflows, and actions to enhance system functionality
- Collaborate with team members to design and implement system enhancements
- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ensure smooth deployment and integration of new solutions
- Provide support and training to users on the MS Dynamics CRM platform
- Stay updated with the latest MS Dynamics CRM developments and technologies
- Document configurations and customizations for future reference and audits
Requirements
- 3+ years of consulting and customization experience in MS Dynamics CRM
- Proficiency in MS Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 (on-premises and online) out-of-the-box functionality
- Background in developing plugins, workflows, and actions for MS Dynamics CRM
- Experience in Agile practices
- Proactivity with a strong sense of responsibility for results
- Knowledge of written and spoken English at the Upper-Intermediate level (B2+) and above
Nice to have
- Certified in MS Dynamics CRM
- Experience in conducting user training sessions
- Familiarity with integration tools and APIs involving MS Dynamics CRM
