Our company is seeking a remote Senior MS Dynamics CRM Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to join our team.
The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in Microsoft Power Apps.
The candidate's main responsibilities include process analysis, business requirements gathering, and solution implementations for digital supply chain transformation programs. The selected candidate should be able to manage customer expectations and relationships and should effectively communicate with the project team to prepare estimations on time frames, quality, and quantity of resources required to successfully implement projects.
Responsibilities
- Drive discovery and workshops, gather feedback, and make recommendations for enhancements
- Build consensus around recommended solutions, manage customer expectations and relationships
- Prepare estimations, and establish criteria concerning deliverability, performance, maintenance, design, and costs for successful project implementation
- Proactively communicate with key business users and align with client business goals
- Coordinate preparation of customer proposals and statements of work for MS Dynamics 365 Field Service and Power Apps products
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service, Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service
- Experience in business requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution implementations
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal and external business partners
- B2+ English level
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform including Automation, AI Builder, and Virtual Agents
