We are seeking a remote Senior MS Dynamics CRM Consultant with a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service and Power Platform to join our team.
The ideal candidate must be able to share the business values of new MS Dynamics 365 solutions with customers and coordinate the preparation of customer proposals and statements of work.
Responsibilities
- Share business values of new MS Dynamics 365 solutions to customers and coordinate the preparation of customer proposals and statements of work
- Proactively gather feedback from key business users, make recommendations, and lead implementations for enhancements
- Communicate effectively to appropriate audiences to build consensus around recommended solutions
- Manage customer expectations and relationships and address customer issues during an engagement in cooperation with the project team
- Prepare estimations on time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully implement projects
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure
- Proven experience in preparing estimations and managing project variables
- Ability to build delivery timelines for multiple streams and analyze internal/external dependencies
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
- Upper-Intermediate English level (B2+)
Nice to have
- Experience in Microsoft Power Apps
- Experience in Microsoft Power Platform Automation (Microsoft Power Platform Automation, Power Platform AI Builder, Microsoft Power Virtual Agents)
