Senior Modern Workplace & Collaboration Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Modern Workplace & Collaboration Engineer to enhance productivity experiences using unified communications and cloud collaboration platforms.

You will be instrumental in driving the adoption and support of next-generation workplace technologies across diverse environments. This role requires a strong background in Microsoft 365 ecosystem, telephony systems, and AI-powered productivity tools. Responsibilities

Plan, deploy, and manage Microsoft Teams services including meetings, telephony, and AV in meeting rooms
Enable and support AI-powered productivity through Microsoft 365 Copilot and its integration with Microsoft 365 apps
Support and administer Miro and Google Workspace environments with user provisioning and policy enforcement
Provide escalation-level support for complex issues across various collaboration platforms
Design and implement automation workflows using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and Power Automate
Deploy and operate voice and video solutions on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
Ensure security and compliance for workplace services including SBC configuration and data loss prevention policies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and evolve digital workplace solutions
Maintain and update technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
Stay informed on emerging technologies and trends in modern workplace environments

Requirements

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 ecosystem including Teams, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and SharePoint with at least 3 years of experience
Experience supporting collaboration tools such as Miro, Zoom, and Google Workspace
Strong understanding of telephony, voice, and video technologies including PSTN and SBC integrations
Background in data networking, cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP), and system administration
Familiarity with identity and access management solutions such as Entra ID
Knowledge of AI-driven productivity tools and governance such as Microsoft 365 Copilot and Google Gemini
Skills in automation and scripting using PowerShell, Python, or Bash
Understanding of compliance, data governance, and security best practices in modern workplace environments
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities for complex cross-platform issues
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
