We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MicroStrategy Developer to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting business intelligence solution design, development, implementation, and administration across our company's data landscape. This role requires working closely with customers, Business Analysts, and data team members to understand business requirements and design high-quality canned reporting and self-service solutions.
The role requires work from 10-11 AM to 7-8 PM (Ukrainian time).

Responsibilities
- Develop technical and functional requirements as a team member, leveraging multiple artifacts and documentation throughout an iterative, Agile development lifecycle
- Participate in requirements gathering discussions and collect the appropriate level of detail required to drive towards immediate technical results to solve client problems
- Utilize strong conceptual and technical knowledge of MicroStrategy V.2019/2020/2021 architecture to develop impactful BI solutions
- Develop documents/dynamic reports and dashboards, leveraging all visualization and functionality options available in MicroStrategy
- Support data analysis, data modeling, and evaluation of new Business Intelligence technologies to synthesize innovative production solutions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing MicroStrategy V.2019/2020/2021 reporting solutions
- Excellent SQL knowledge
- Experience performing data profiling, modeling metadata, and developing complex integrated data sets from disparate data sources utilizing SQL
- Proficiency in MicroStrategy Suite including Architect, Desktop, Web, Mobile, Object Manager, Enterprise Manager, and Command Manager
- Demonstrated excellent problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to be a self-starter and multitask in fast-paced IT and business environments
Nice to have
- Certification in MicroStrategy
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
