We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/AX Consultant to join our remote team.
As a consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 for our clients in the Finance and Operations and Supply Chain Management areas. As an experienced consultant, you will provide guidance and support to our clients, ensuring they receive the highest quality of service. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate those requirements into Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients to understand their business requirements and provide guidance on how Microsoft Dynamics 365 can meet their needs
- Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for clients in the Finance and Operations and Supply Chain Management areas
- Customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet client needs, including configuring workflows, forms, and reports
- Provide training to clients on how to use Microsoft Dynamics 365 effectively
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process, ensuring they are kept informed of progress and any issues that arise
- Participate in continuous learning and development to stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 features and best practices
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 for clients in the Finance and Operations
- Strong understanding of Business Analysis and functional design
- Expertise in Supply Chain Management modules
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with clients to identify and resolve issues
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent in English with Upper-Intermediate level
Nice to have
- Experience with other ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Familiarity with Power BI and other reporting tools
- Experience with Azure DevOps or other project management tools
