We are seeking a remote Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join our team for the Digital Supply Chain Transformation Program. This program involves the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Solution. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing MS Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions, Power Apps products, and Power Pages. You will work with internal and external business partners, geographically distributed teams, and key business and IT stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of projects.
Responsibilities
- Share business values of new MS Dynamics 365 solutions to a customer and can prove design to achieve business goals
- Effectively communicate to the appropriate audience and build consensus around the recommended solutions
- Prepare estimations on time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully implement projects
- Establish criteria concerning deliverability, performance, maintenance, design, and costs
- Assure governance of processes in delivery management and production per selected delivery model
- Perform price benchmarks and cost estimation and modeling of various technologies for consideration
- Measure and improve delivery productivity
- Build delivery timelines for multiple streams, analyzing internal/external dependencies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service and Power Apps products
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft project implementation methodologies
- Experience in onshore, nearshore/offshore outsourcing and delivery models
- Strong experience working with distributed teams
- Good communication skills and the ability to build good relationships with key business and IT stakeholders
- Fluent in spoken and written English at a C2 Proficiency level
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Power Automate or similar automation tools
- Experience in developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions for large-scale enterprises
