We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365/Azure Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise solutions.

You will play a key role in architecting integrations, collaborating with agile teams, and providing technical leadership within a global community. This role involves working extensively with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Azure services, especially in the Financial Services sector. Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Azure
Architect integrations with Azure and other cloud services, adhering to the company’s architecture
Collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software solutions
Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into solution architecture design documents and technical diagrams
Provide strategic technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
Ensure solutions comply with industry standards and best practices, particularly within the Financial Services sector
Evaluate and recommend third-party systems and solutions to enhance system functionality and user experience
Contribute to long-term platform strategy, innovation initiatives, and stakeholder engagement
Be a part of a global EPAM solution architect community, sharing your knowledge and expertise

Requirements

Extensive experience (4+ years) as a Solution Architect, with a strong delivery record
Excellent communication and consultancy skills
Diagramming and software architectures documents experience (SAD, HLL, LLD, C4, BPMN, UML, etc.)
Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules, especially Sales and Customer Service, and Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Strong proficiency in Azure services, particularly in AI, automation, and integration
Experience implementing CI/CD practices and DevOps tools at scale
Advanced understanding of agile methodology and frameworks
Experience in the Financial Services domain, with knowledge of regulatory and operational requirements
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and guide teams toward successful solution delivery
Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)
