We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Azure DevOps Engineer to help improve cloud platform reliability, security, and delivery speed through strong automation and operational practices. Responsibilities
- Design automated CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable and fast software delivery
- Implement GitOps workflows using Argo CD to standardize deployments across environments
- Build and maintain Kubernetes-based runtime platforms to support scalable services
- Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform with repeatable, auditable changes
- Monitor cloud resources and optimize performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Implement security best practices and disaster recovery controls to protect cloud infrastructure
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and deployment issues and provide technical guidance
- Collaborate with development teams to improve application performance and scalability in Azure
- Create and maintain documentation for deploying components to Azure
- Define and track operational metrics and dashboards in Grafana for proactive visibility
- Coordinate work with a distributed team and ensure overlap with US working hours
- Participate in agile ceremonies and support sprint demos with clear technical explanations
Requirements
- Senior-level experience (3+ years) in Microsoft Azure cloud operations
- Strong CI/CD pipeline experience (3+ years) with infrastructure and application delivery automation
- Hands-on Kubernetes experience supporting production workloads
- Hands-on Terraform experience for infrastructure as code
- Strong Docker experience for container build and runtime workflows
- Strong Argo CD experience implementing GitOps-based delivery
- Strong Grafana experience for observability dashboards and alerting
- Security best practices knowledge for cloud hardening and access controls
- Disaster recovery knowledge including backup and restore strategies
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex infrastructure and deployment issues
- Clear documentation skills for deployment and operational runbooks
- Strong communication skills to collaborate directly with clients and delivery teams
- English proficiency: B2 Upper-Intermediate
Nice to have
- Azure DevOps experience for pipeline governance and release management
- Microservice architecture experience to support scalable and resilient platform design
