We are looking for a detail-focused Senior Manual Tester to champion product quality across web and mobile releases end-to-end. You will create test plans and execute functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing while partnering with developers, PMs, and BAs. Responsibilities
- Review business requirements and technical designs to produce structured test plans and detailed test cases
- Execute manual testing for web and mobile applications, including functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing
- Record, prioritize, and follow up on defects with clear documentation
- Collaborate with software developers to reproduce issues, investigate root causes, and confirm fixes
- Contribute to sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives while promoting quality-first design
- Validate that acceptance criteria are testable
- Support business stakeholders during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Perform production smoke testing during release cycles
Requirements
- Proven experience of 3+ years as a QA Engineer or Software Tester within an Agile software development team
- Solid understanding of software QA approaches, including black-box, white-box, regression, and boundary testing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a user-focused mindset for discovering hidden defects
- Clear, concise communication skills, especially for writing defect reports and step-by-step reproduction notes
- Hands-on experience with bug tracking and test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, and Zephyr
- Working knowledge of Confluence
- English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
