Senior Manual Tester

Hybrid in Portugal: Distrito de Lisboa, Lisbon

We are looking for a Senior Manual Tester to bring expertise in Functional Testing.

You will analyze User Stories and design and execute functional test cases while reporting bugs and their progress. If you have a passion for ensuring quality through testing, we encourage you to apply.

This position requires the capability to work in a hybrid regime with 3 days in the Lisbon office.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze User Stories to understand testing requirements
  • Design functional test cases based on project specifications
  • Execute functional and non-functional test cases
  • Report existing bugs with detailed documentation
  • Track the evolution of reported bugs through to resolution
  • Collaborate with development teams to communicate test findings
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss testing strategies
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes
  • Maintain test documentation and ensure its accuracy
  • Support the development of test automation when applicable
Requirements
  • Experience in Functional Testing with 3 to 5 years in the role
  • ISTQB Foundation Level certification
  • Proficiency in reporting and tracking bugs
  • Understanding of Azure DevOps for test management
  • Fluency in Portuguese for effective communication
  • Knowledge of usability testing principles
