Responsibilities

Own the vision, strategy, and delivery of cloud initiatives. Oversee architecture, migration, and modernization projects across AWS, Azure, and GCP
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and position the organization as a thought leader in cloud innovation and transformation
Drive a culture of continuous improvement, lead AI/ML experimentation, and rapid prototyping of MVPs and proofs of concept
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders to identify and capitalize on new cloud-related revenue opportunities
Act as a change agent and guide internal teams through technical and business change, remove obstacles, and ensure alignment with business outcomes
Mentor both internal and client teams to support professional development and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented environment to solve complex problems
Collaborate with business development teams. Support sales cycles by contributing to opportunity assessments, RFP responses, proposals, and presentations

Requirements

5+ years in a leadership role within a consulting or professional services firm, leading cloud transformation projects and working directly with enterprise clients
Deep experience with one or more cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, and GCP. Knowledge of DevOps, SRE, and Platform Engineering practices
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams. Experience mentoring technical talent and leading through influence and direct management
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging both technical teams and C-level stakeholders
Experience supporting sales and pre-sales activities, including opportunity scoping, proposal development, and client presentations
Active interest in emerging tech such as AI/ML, and fostering innovation within teams and client organizations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 level or higher)

Nice to have

Professional-level cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect)
Experience integrating AI/ML solutions within cloud architectures or working on AI-enabled platforms
Knowledge of cloud solutions in specific industries such as finance, healthcare, manufacturing, or retail
Experience speaking at conferences, publishing technical blogs, or leading community events
